Zhejiang University has developed Optimized blending coal technology to solve the problem of safety and economic effciency of boilers and clean coal utilization which had existed for many years.

  Based on studies on the mechanism of coal catalytic burning, high temperature desulfurization characteristic,multi-phase combustion fluid dynamics,ignition characteristic of many kinds of fuel,mutual effect on different components in coal ,formation and degradation of pullutans in high temperature,multi-optimization expert system was developed based on non-linear optimization theory ,integrated artificial intelligence neural network ,fuzzy mathematical,mixture variable optimization solution.The non-linear neural network model reduces the cost of coal blending compare to the traditional linear model .

This technology  has reached a advanced levels at home and abroad.

Case: Hangzhou Coal Yard

 A clean optimization coal blending product line was built in Hangzhou coal yard,which produce 8 million tons blended coal per year for power plants Zhejiang Province.Its newly productive benefit is 150 million Yuan and newly tax is 18 million Yuan every year.
